Apartment Maintenance Technician – Augusta, GA 30901
Certified Apartment Staffing is hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for an immediate opening in Augusta, GA.
APARTMENT / MULTIFAMILY MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Apartment Maintenance Technician, Multifamily Maintenance Technician, or Property Maintenance Technician who can start ASAP and handle day-to-day maintenance needs in an apartment community.
Job Responsibilities
- Complete apartment maintenance work orders and resident service requests
- Perform general apartment repairs and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance issues
- Complete apartment make-ready and unit turns
- Perform property inspections and maintain common areas
- Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with preventative maintenance and overall property upkeep
Qualifications
- Previous apartment or multifamily maintenance experience REQUIRED
- Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete work orders independently
- HVAC experience is a plus, but HVAC certification is NOT required
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Must be able to start ASAP
