What You'll Do
As a Production Operator, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality powdered food ingredients through spray drying and blending operations.
Responsibilities include:

Operate and monitor spray drying and powder blending equipment
-
Prepare equipment for production runs
-
Measure and add ingredients according to production specifications
-
Package finished products while maintaining quality standards

Perform routine equipment cleaning and sanitation

Complete production documentation accurately

Conduct quality checks throughout the manufacturing process

Follow food safety, GMP, HACCP, and safety procedures
-
Work closely with teammates to ensure production goals are met

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Physical Requirements
This position requires employees to:

Frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds

Stand and walk for extended periods during an 8+hour shift

Bend, reach, push, pull, climb stairs, and perform repetitive movements

Work in varying temperatures and around industrial manufacturing equipment

Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
