Job Description
The Commercial Property Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across four Akron commercial properties within 10 minutes of each other to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors. This role involves thorough cleaning of bathrooms, interior hallways, outdoor garbage cleanup and assisting the maintenance team in identifying in issues at the property. Interior suites of the tenants are the tenant responsibility at these buildings.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste according to regulations.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and other fixtures as needed.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the property manager.
- Call in out of stock cleaning supplies.
- Follow cleaning schedules and safety guidelines to ensure efficient operations.
