What You'll Do
- Engage and manage warm inbound leads with urgency and consistency
- Drive outbound activity through calls, texts, email, and social channels
- Lead consultations that uncover motivation, timing, and goals
- Maintain a disciplined CRM-driven pipeline and follow-up system
- Show properties, host open houses, and conduct listing appointments
- Negotiate contracts with confidence and professionalism
- Guide clients through inspections, appraisals, and closing
- Communicate proactively with clients, agents, lenders, and vendors
- Deliver 5-star service at every touchpoint, every time
