Do you enjoy building relationships and helping homeowners make confident decisions? Our client is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant to join their growing team serving the Fargo-Moorhead area.
This isn't a cold-calling sales position. You'll receive qualified leads while also having the opportunity to build your own pipeline. You'll meet directly with homeowners, conduct exterior inspections, assess roofing needs, and provide solutions that help protect one of their biggest investments.

What You'll be Doing:
- Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and assess repair or replacement needs.
- Educate customers on available roofing solutions and recommend the best fit for their home and budget.
- Prepare estimates and present proposals in a professional, consultative manner.
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial consultation through signed agreement.
- Build lasting relationships by delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Work with company-provided leads while generating additional opportunities through networking and referrals.
- Stay informed on products, installation methods, and industry best practices.
Who We're Looking For:
- Previous in-home sales, home improvement, residential construction, or roofing sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule and sales pipeline.
- Comfortable conducting exterior inspections and discussing technical information with homeowners (training provided as needed).
- Highly empathetic, emotionally intelligent, and customer-focused.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the Fargo-Moorhead area.
