Job Title: Regional Leasing Manager
Reports to: Director of Marketing
Status: Exempt
The Position: The Leasing Managers are responsible for working with the on-site leasing specialists, assisting with marketing and working with the on-site team to maintain positive resident relations. The ideal candidate will have high energy, a burning desire to make a real difference in people’s lives and a commitment to anticipate and exceed the expectations of our residents and clients.
Responsibilities:
-Lead a team of Leasing Specialists
-Develop and implement leasing specials and CRM strategies tailored to enhance leasing, resident satisfaction and positive retention within single-family rental properties.
-Utilize CRM tools to manage prospect/resident interactions, communications and feedback effectively.
-Analyze resident data to identify trends, preferences and areas for improvement in property management processes.
-Collaborate with leasing and maintenance teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of resident concerns.
-Implement customer loyalty programs and initiatives to foster long-term relationships with residents.
-Stay informed about industry trends and leverage technology to enhance CRM capabilities.
-Oversee the creation and distribution of targeted communications, newsletters and updates to residents.
-Implement systems for collecting and analyzing resident feedback to drive continuous improvement.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM processes into overall business operations.
-Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and ethical handling of resident information.
-Monitor rents and make recommendations of rent increases/decreases/specials.
-Monitor market surveys for accuracy and trends.
-Schedule shops of on-site team members.
-Audit websites and ILS’s.
-Understand lease terms and expiration management.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or 3-5 years work experience in multi-family or single-family management.
-Proven experience in CRM management, preferably within the real estate or property management sector.
-Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Familiarity with CRM software and tools.
-Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and team leadership.
-Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
-Knowledge of real estate industry practices and regulations.
