MAS Security LLC is hiring a dependable, professional Unarmed Security Officer for a condominium in Coral Gables, Florida. This position combines front desk service, property patrols, and security monitoring. We’re looking for someone who arrives on time, stays alert throughout the shift, and treats residents and visitors respectfully.
PAY AND SCHEDULE
Starting pay: $15 per hour.
Full-time: 40 hours per week.
Thursday through Monday nights, 11 PM–7 AM.
Tuesday and Wednesday nights off.
AND
Part-time: 28 hours per week.
Saturday: 7 AM–3 PM.
Sunday: 7 AM–7 PM.
Monday: 3 PM–11 PM.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor security cameras, building entrances, and visitor access.
• Complete routine patrols of the property and common areas.
• Follow building procedures for visitors, deliveries, and packages.
• Write clear shift reports and document incidents accurately.
• Respond calmly to concerns and promptly report emergencies or maintenance issues.
• Maintain a professional, organized front desk and communicate with the next officer.
REQUIREMENTS
• Active Florida Class D security officer license.
• Availability for the entire listed schedule.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to remain awake, attentive, and professional throughout an overnight shift.
• Ability to complete property patrols and write understandable incident reports.
• Comfortable using security cameras and basic computer systems.
Previous condominium security, front desk, or overnight security experience is preferred.
