The Opportunity

Step into a highly visible program leadership role guiding enterprise applications and business modernization across a global manufacturing organization. You will orchestrate complex initiatives spanning ERP, enterprise applications, SaaS, data and reporting, AI-enabled capabilities, process automation, and systems integration—translating strategy into delivery.

A Day in the Role

On a typical week, you’ll partner with business leaders to refine outcomes, transform ideas into actionable roadmaps, and steer cross-functional teams and vendors through delivery. You’ll facilitate discovery workshops, map future-state processes, craft detailed plans, manage budgets and risks, and communicate executive-ready status and recommendations. You’ll coordinate testing and training, navigate cutover and go-live, and champion user adoption so change sticks.

What You’ll Lead

  • End-to-end delivery of cross-functional technology and business transformation programs.
  • Comprehensive plans—schedules, budgets, milestones, dependencies—and rigorous scope and change control.
  • Program governance with clear communication cadences and executive reporting.
  • Risk, issue, and assumption management with proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Business engagement—facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and shaping solutions that meet defined success metrics.

How You’ll Partner

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover challenges and opportunities for technology-enabled improvement.
  • Document requirements as functional specs and user stories; perform process mapping, gap analysis, and future-state design.
  • Guide solution evaluation, testing, validation, and user acceptance.

Initiatives You’ll Drive

  • ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Enterprise application deployments and enhancements.
  • SaaS and cloud solutions.
  • Process automation and AI-enabled business solutions.
  • Data, reporting, analytics, and business intelligence programs.
  • Systems integration and workflow optimization.
  • Broader digital transformation to fuel growth and efficiency.

Vendor & Change Leadership

  • Oversee third-party vendors, consultants, implementation partners, and service providers; monitor delivery against contracts.
  • Coordinate testing, training, cutover planning, deployment, and go-live activities.
  • Lead organizational change management and drive user adoption.
  • Serve as the connector between business stakeholders and technical teams across the lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of project management delivering business and technology initiatives.
  • Track record leading ERP, enterprise application, CRM, SaaS, or digital transformation projects.
  • Proven delivery from planning through deployment and adoption.
  • Expertise in managing budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and dependencies.
  • Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
  • Vendor and implementation partner management experience.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management; influence across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities.
  • Fluency with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background supporting manufacturing, supply chain, operations, engineering, quality, finance, customer service, or commercial teams.
  • Experience with JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms.
  • Leadership across systems integration, cloud, data and analytics, infrastructure modernization, or digital transformation.
  • Exposure to private equity–backed, mid-market, or rapidly transforming organizations.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CBAP, or equivalent certifications.

Why Join

Shape strategic initiatives for a global manufacturer while working directly with senior business and technology leaders. Your leadership will modernize our technology landscape, advance enterprise applications, and elevate operational capabilities.
