- 12+ Years overall experience with at least 5+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and 3+ end-to-end Oracle US Payroll implementations.
Role Summary/ Expertise::
- We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion US Payroll Solution Architect to lead Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations for US-based client.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong Oracle Fusion Payroll functional expertise, deep understanding of US payroll legislation, Fast formula expertise and excellent client-facing consulting skills.
Mandatory Skills
- Oracle Fusion US Payroll Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Core HR, Workforce Structures, Legal Employers, Payroll Statutory Units (PSU), and Tax Reporting Units (TRU), Payroll Costing and GL Reconciliation
- Payroll Fast Formula hands on expertise
- US Federal, State, and Local Payroll Taxation
- Garnishments and Wage Attachments
- Union and Non-Union Payroll Processing
- Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) Interpretation
