Compensation:

$125,500 - $298,600 yearly


Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions.
  • Collaborate with our team to schedule and coordinate showings, maximizing efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide insightful feedback to the lead agent after each showing, enhancing our team's overall strategy.
  • Stay informed about local market trends and property values to offer clients accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor, building trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Utilize technology and tools provided to streamline the showing process and enhance client experiences.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in real estate or a related field, providing you with a solid foundation to guide clients effectively.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, ensuring clients feel heard and understood at every step.
  • Proven track record of building rapport and trust with clients, enhancing their buying experience.
  • Familiarity with the Phoenix-Mesa-Scottsdale real estate market, allowing you to offer valuable insights and advice.
  • Comfortable using technology and tools to streamline processes and improve client interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple showings and schedules efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team, contributing to a supportive and dynamic work environment.
