CareCore at Montgomery, a 99-bed skilled nursing facility, is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Full-Time Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This position will support the Maintenance Director in ensuring the facility remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities include:

Assisting with general repairs and facility upkeep

Performing painting, plumbing, and minor electrical tasks
</li>
<li>
Addressing resident maintenance requests in a timely and courteous manner
</li>

Supporting overall building safety and compliance

Qualifications:

Previous maintenance experience preferred
</li>

Basic knowledge of building systems and tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
