• Expert-level Java 4+ and object-oriented design principles

\n

• Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices Architecture

\n

• REST APIs, API Management, and Service-Oriented Architecture

\n

• Advanced database design and performance optimization

\n

• Angular (v10+) or equivalent modern frontend framework

\n

• Kafka, messaging platforms, and distributed systems

\n

• Cloud-native application development (Azure or AWS)

\n

• CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing strategies

\n

• Architecture and system integration experience

\n

• Demonstrated technical leadership including solution design, code reviews, architectural decision making, and mentoring of engineers onshore and offshore

\n

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

\n

• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives spanning multiple teams and business domains

\n

• Proven track record of rapidly learning and contributing within unfamiliar technologies, applications, or business functions

\n

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

\n

• Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex integrations, multiple dependent systems, and highly regulated change management processes
