Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager-OnSite for a direct hire opportunity in Reseda, CA. This role is ideal for a property management professional who is comfortable leading onsite operations, supporting residents, maintaining lease compliance, and ensuring the property is well-managed, well-presented, and operating efficiently.
The Property Manager-OnSite will play a key role in daily property performance, resident satisfaction, team leadership, and operational accountability. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily onsite property operations to ensure efficient management, strong resident service, and consistent property performance.
- Lead, support, and hold accountable onsite team members while promoting a professional, service-focused work environment.
- Build and maintain positive resident relationships by responding to concerns, resolving issues, and supporting tenant satisfaction.
- Monitor lease compliance, property policies, documentation, and resident communications to ensure consistent standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance, vendors, and internal teams to support timely repairs, property presentation, and operational needs.
- Contribute to occupancy goals, retention efforts, reporting, and overall property performance through proactive management.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $80,000 to $90,000 per year.
- Location: Reseda, CA.
