We are seeking an experienced GCP Data Architect with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Databricks to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Design end-to-end data architecture and cloud data solutions on GCP.
- Architect data lakes, data warehouses, and lakehouse platforms using Databricks, BigQuery, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake.
- Design and optimize data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration frameworks.
- Leverage GCP services such as Cloud Storage, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub for data processing and integration.
- Define data modeling, governance, security, quality, and performance optimization standards.
- Lead cloud data migration and modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analytics teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Support advanced analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI initiatives through modern data platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

- 15+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related roles.
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Databricks.
- Expertise in BigQuery, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and lakehouse architecture.
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing, and data integration.
- Knowledge of GCP data services, cloud security, governance, and cost optimization.
- Experience designing scalable data platforms and handling large datasets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
