NOAH Property Management just celebrated three years in the Upstate and now takes care of nearly

2,700 homes across Greenville and Spartanburg. You’d join a team of 18-plus Maintenance

Professionals with one standard: outstanding, outrageous, positive service.

You’re the center of NOAH

Most property companies put their money in the office and squeeze maintenance. NOAH runs the

other way: lean in the office, invested in the people who fix things.

You won’t find a “maintenance tech” here. You’re a Maintenance Professional, paid for what you

produce, what you learn and how you treat residents, not for a title.

How you’ll work

• Fix it right the first time. No cutting corners.

• Treat residents like family. Every work order is somebody’s home.

• Tell it like it is. If something’s wrong, say so.

• Stay positive. Every problem has a fix. Find it.

• Live by the numbers. Your work is measured, and your pay follows it.

What a day looks like

You start with your work orders in the app, already routed across our Spartanburg communities. A

leak at one property, a lock at the next, a water heater after lunch. You fix it, snap the photos, close it

out and move on. Every job you close counts toward your pay. No waiting on an office to decide

what’s worth fixing.

Who you are

• You want to work, and you want to be paid for it.

• You show up and own the job.

• You live in or near Spartanburg and can get to our communities quickly, including on emergency

calls.

• Plumbing, electrical, HVAC or appliance skills help. Drive matters more. We’ll train you.

• Emergency callouts on rotation.

• Photos and close-out notes on every job, in the app.
