Make a difference as a Security Site Supervisor

As a new Security Officer at Prevail Security Services, you can expect to assist management in the day to day activities at this site, and respond to any emergencies or alarms that may arise. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate logs, and providing excellent customer service. Expect to lead a team of dedicated professionals and receive ongoing support and guidance to excel in your role.

Would you be a great Security Site Supervisor

To excel as an Unarmed Experienced Security Officer at Prevail Security Services, candidates must possess a minimum of 5 year of security experience, including leadership roles in Class A Commercial Office buildings. A valid driver's license and proximity to the 77019 area are required for this post. Proficiency in completing digital incident reports, basic knowledge of smartphone usage, and an active security license are essential. Familiarity with security software and tools is beneficial in executing duties effectively. As a Full-Time Security Officer individuals should demonstrate strong communication skills, leadership qualities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
Monitor security systems and respond to alerts, investigating potential security breaches and incidents.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure the implementation of effective security measures across the organization.
Provide training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of security and compliance.
Stay informed on the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve security posture.
