Job DescriptionSoleil Tans is hiring a part-time Guest Experience Consultant at our luxury sun spa in Matawan, New Jersey.
You are the first and last impression of every visit. You welcome guests, guide them through our Sun, Spray, and Spa services, and help them choose the membership or product that fits their goals. Schedules are typically 8 to 12 hours a week (2 to 3 shifts) and must include at least one weekend shift.
What you'll do- Deliver our brand promise to every guest: "Love your experience, or let us know, we will make it right."- Guide guests through membership options and products. Explain the value, handle objections, and ask for the sale.- Be the first point of contact for guest concerns. Think on your feet, calm things down, and solve issues professionally.- Keep the spa and your presentation at a luxury standard.
What you bring- Clear communication with all kinds of guests. High-end retail, hospitality, or sales experience is preferred but not required.- You must be at least 18 years old.- Confidence in direct conversations, such as explaining a cancellation policy or working through a sales conversation.- Availability for at least one weekend shift a week.
Pay and perks- Starting pay: $17.00 per hour- $19.00 per hour within one year after you complete training and certification- Sales bonuses averaging $1 to $4 per hour- Tips average $100 per month- Paid training and ongoing coaching- Complimentary Luxury All membership
Growth pathStrong performance and leadership lead to promotion to Assistant Team Lead, then Team Lead.
