Job DescriptionMaintenance TechnicianPay: $25–$30/hour BOEWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support the daily operation and upkeep of a local manufacturing facility. This position will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, machinery, electrical systems, and facility components to help minimize downtime and keep operations running safely and efficiently.Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
- Perform preventative and routine maintenance on production machinery
- Diagnose equipment issues and make necessary repairs
- Assist with installation, setup, and modification of equipment
- Perform welding, fabrication, or basic machining as needed
- Maintain facility equipment and systems
- Follow lockout/tagout and other required safety procedures
- Document maintenance activities and repairs
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests
Qualifications:
- Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a plus
- Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently
