Job DescriptionAbout the Role:


Corporate Commercial Services LLC is seeking a dependable Commercial Cleaner for a position in Decatur, GA. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, works independently, and can consistently complete both required shifts.

Required Schedule:

• Day shift: 12:00 p.m.–2:00 p.m. (2 hours)
• Night shift: 10:00 p.m.–2:00 a.m. (4 hours)
• Total: 6 working hours per scheduled service day
  
  

Both shifts are mandatory and must be worked by the same employee. You must be available to work the daytime shift and return for the nighttime shift, which ends at 2:00 a.m.


Potential Additional Hours:
Additional work may be available at a second location approximately 12 minutes from the primary job site, following the 12:00 p.m.–2:00 p.m. day shift. This opportunity is not guaranteed; hours and scheduling details will be discussed if it becomes available.

Responsibilities:

• Clean offices, common areas, restrooms, and other designated spaces
  
  
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces
  
  
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
  
  
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and mirrors
  
  
• Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and designated surfaces
  
  
• Restock paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
  
  
• Follow safety procedures and properly use cleaning chemicals and equipment
  
  
• Complete assigned cleaning duties during both shifts
  
  

Requirements:

• Consistent availability for both 12:00 p.m.–2:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.–2:00 a.m.
  
  
• Reliable transportation to and from the Decatur job site for both shifts and to a second location if assigned
  
  
• Prior commercial or janitorial cleaning experience preferred
  
  
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  
  
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds throughout the shift
  
  
• Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
  
  

Performance Bonus:
Earn a performance bonus each month by consistently meeting established standards for cleaning quality, attendance, punctuality, and completion of assigned duties. Specific bonus requirements and payout details will be explained during the hiring process.
