Job DescriptionQuality Assurance/Quality Improvement (QA/QI) ManagerSummaryThe Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement (QA/QI) Manager is responsible for overseeing the Clinical Program’s quality assurance and continuous quality improvement activities toensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards. This position also manages grant administration and reporting processes, supports program performance monitoring, coordinates outcomes and data analysis, and assists with agency communications and social media efforts to enhance community awareness and stakeholder engagement.The QA/QI Manager collaborates with leadership, program managers, and external partners to promote quality services, compliance, and organizational excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Included but not limited to):
Quality Assurance & Quality Improvement

Develop, implement, and maintain agency-wide QA/QI systems and processes

Monitor program compliance with contractual requirements, policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Conduct internal audits, chart reviews, and quality assurance reviews
-
Track and analyze program performance indicators and outcomes
-
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual QA reports and dashboards
-
Identify trends, deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement and recommend corrective actions
-
Facilitate quality improvement initiatives and monitor corrective action plans
-
Support accreditation and external monitoring activities
-
Provide technical assistance and training to managers and staff regarding quality standards and documentation requirements

Participate in program evaluations and performance improvement projects
Grant Administration
-
Monitor grant deliverables, performance measures, and reporting requirements
-
Maintain grant tracking systems and ensure compliance with funder expectations
-
Coordinate the collection and analysis of outcome data for grant reports
-
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to funding agencies
-
Lead on grant writing, assist with grant applications, renewals, and supporting documentation
-
Maintain grant files and documentation to ensure audit readiness

Collaborate with the Clinical Program Manager to ensure timely completion of deliverables and expenditures

Track program outcomes and provide data to support sustainability efforts
Data Management and Reporting

Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics
-
Analyze service utilization, outcomes, and productivity trends
-
Produce statistical reports and presentations for leadership, boards, and funders
-
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across programs
-
Support agency strategic planning through performance and outcome analysis
Social Media and Communications

Manage and maintain agency social media platforms
-
Create graphics, flyers, and promotional materials in collaboration with program staff
-
Monitor engagement and analyze social media metrics
-
Ensure communications align with the agency’s mission and branding standards
-
Assist with newsletters, annual reports, and public awareness campaigns
Training and Technical Assistance
-
Provide training to managers and staff on quality improvement principles and reporting requirements
-
Develop tools, templates, and procedures to enhance program quality and efficiency
-
Facilitate meetings related to quality improvement and grant performance
Cross-Functional Support
-
Support special projects and organizational initiatives
-
Collaborate with Finance, Human Resources, and Program Leadership on agency-wide improvement efforts
-
Represent the agency at meetings, audits, and community events as assigned

Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Social Work,
Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or related field
required

Master’s degree preferred
-
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, program evaluation, grant administration, or related areas.

Experience with nonprofit, behavioral health, social services, or healthcare settings preferred

Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and performance measurement

Experience preparing grant reports and managing multiple deadlines

Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, data systems, and reporting tools

Experience with social media platforms and content management
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
