Pay: $80,000.00 - $220,000.00+ per year (100% Commission - Uncapped)

Job Summary
Inti Realty Group is seeking a high-energy, licensed Real Estate Dispositions Agent to lead property sales and asset liquidation for our growing investment portfolio in Long Beach. In this full-time, in-office role, you will focus on the sales side of wholesaling—monetizing our under-contract inventory by selling properties directly to cash buyers, hedge funds, and private real estate investors.
Backed by leadership with over 10 years of market experience, we supply the inventory, marketing platform, and technology—you bring the negotiation skills and pipeline-building hustle to close deals fast.

Responsibilities
- Sell Property Inventory: Market and assign off-market real estate contracts and inventory to active cash buyers and investor networks.
- Build Investor Pipeline: Proactively prospect, vet, and expand a strong buyer list of real estate investors, fix-and-flippers, and landlords.
- Negotiate & Close: Draft assignment contracts, negotiate pricing and terms with cash buyers, and manage deal flow to the finish line.
- Conduct Property Showings: Host access windows, walk properties with prospective buyers, and highlight potential ROI and rehab potential.
- Manage Transaction Milestones: Coordinate closely with escrow, title companies, and our internal acquisitions team to guarantee smooth, on-time closings.
Requirements
- Active California Real Estate License (Required)
- Location: Must work 100% in-office at our Long Beach, CA hub
- Demonstrated experience in real estate sales, dispositions, wholesaling, or investor relations
- Exceptional negotiation, pitch, and closing skills with a track record of moving volume
- High-energy self-starter built to thrive in a 100% commission environment
