- Record all work, parts usage, and findings in Limble CMMS with complete accuracy.
- Install and commission new equipment; assist with upgrades and modifications.
- Participate in root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement actions.
- Provide off-hours emergency support when required.
Safety, Attitude, and Recordkeeping
- Model safe behaviors; follow OSHA and company standards; wear appropriate PPE.
- Apply CSE and LOTO best practices; ensure monthly/quarterly/annual EH&S compliance tasks are completed.
- Bring a positive, solutions-first mindset; contribute to plant improvement initiatives.
- Update drawings/sketches/blueprints; help design equipment changes.
- Maintain accurate environmental and equipment records.
Tools & Tech You’ll Use
- Hand and power tools; precision measuring and diagnostic equipment.
- PLC interfaces/controls exposure (troubleshooting familiarity is a plus).
- Limble CMMS for work orders, PMs, and inventory tracking.
Qualifications

- 2+ years in industrial or manufacturing maintenance preferred.
- Motivation to advance skills in mechanical/electrical systems, troubleshooting, and project coordination.
- Ability to read and apply technical drawings and schematics.

- Strong teamwork, communication, and independent work capability.
Work Conditions

- Understand instructions and underlying principles; execute quick, accurate arithmetic; maintain strong hand–eye coordination.
- Accept responsibility; perform under stress; work with precision; adapt to changing duties and priorities.
- Interpret information, influence others, generalize, evaluate, decide, and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
Other Information
- No supervisory responsibilities.
- No travel required.
