We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our healthcare facility team in Buffalo, NY. The ideal candidate will help ensure our building, equipment, and grounds are maintained in a safe, clean, and fully operational condition for residents, staff, and visitors. First, second, and third shift available.
Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems

Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks in a timely manner

Maintain facility grounds, including seasonal outdoor upkeep

Troubleshoot maintenance issues and coordinate repairs when necessary

Ensure compliance with safety and healthcare facility regulations

Assist with room turnovers, painting, basic carpentry, and general upkeep

Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies
Qualifications:

Previous maintenance or facility experience preferred

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs

Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment/materials as needed

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Dependable, professional, and team-oriented

Healthcare or nursing home experience is a plus
