Job DescriptionMAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Monday - Thursday 8:30 pm - 7:00 am ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 
<ul>
<li>Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics </li>
<li>Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and control systems </li>
<li>Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on manufacturing equipment </li>
<li>Diagnose equipment issues and repair or replace faulty components </li>
<li>Disassemble and reassemble machinery for maintenance and repairs </li>
<li>Conduct functional testing to ensure equipment operates efficiently after service </li>
<li>Adjust, calibrate, clean, and lubricate machinery to maintain optimal performance </li>
<li>Install and relocate machinery and equipment as needed </li>
<li>Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation </li>
<li>Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance equipment reliability and longevity </li>
<li>Troubleshoot electrohydraulic press systems and other complex machinery</li>
</ul>
 JOB REQUIREMENTS 
<ul>
<li>5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment </li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret schematics </li>
<li>Experience with PLCs, control systems, and hydraulic systems preferred </li>
<li>Knowledge of predictive and preventative maintenance practices </li>
