Job Description

MUST BE ABLE WORK ANY SHIFT (OT usually 15+ hours a week)- paid time and a half for anything over 40 hours a week.

Plan, coordinate, prioritize, assign, supervise, implement and review maintenance and repair activities to automotive testing equipment, facility equipment and buildings in support of ongoing operations.

Oversee and direct the activities of a small multi trade maintenance crew to complete required tasks in a safe and timely manner.

Basic Qualifications

· High School Diploma or GED

· Minimum of 3 years of industrial automation experience with project management experience

· 2 years of supervisory experience

· Excellent organization, written, and oral communication skills

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with employees at all levels of the Plant, from hourly represented employees to Senior Leadership

· Ability to build effective business relationships with plant leadership and customers.

· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

· Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem‐solving experience

· Ability to coach, mentor, and develop skilled trade employees
