Responsibilities

- consistently improving the Overall Equipment Effectiveness
- Organize and manage maintenance staff to support the shift production in a seven day per week operation;
- Communicate with Production Supervisors to ensure that all equipment and facility emergency problems are addressed;
- Audit and train maintenance employees to procedures and best practice methodologies, as required.
- Work with the Production Staff to insure all set-ups are correct, to include running water jars through the system for confirmation;

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred not required)
- 2-5 years of leadership experience leading a maintenance team in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
- Food manufacturing experience preferred
- Beverage manufacturing preferred not required
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability.
- Knowledge of LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), confined space, and hot work permit processes.
- Ability to manage maintenance personnel and support production operations across multiple shifts.
- Experience using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
