Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Specialist to support complex engineering and project execution activities. This individual will provide cost, schedule, forecasting, earned value, risk, and performance analysis while partnering closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, technical leads, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a strong project controls background and can turn project data into actionable information identifying cost or schedule issues early, improving visibility into project performance, and helping project teams stay on track.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Monitor project performance against approved budgets, schedules, forecasts, resource plans, and performance baselines
- Perform cost, schedule, forecasting, variance, and earned value analysis
- Identify potential schedule delays, cost overruns, resource constraints, risks, and performance issues
- Develop and maintain project controls processes, dashboards, reports, forecasts, and performance-management tools
- Analyze project trends and provide actionable recommendations to project leadership
- Support project teams with schedule and cost performance management
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Project Engineers, technical teams, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Track and communicate project risks, opportunities, changes, and emerging issues
- Maintain accurate and timely project controls and work-management data
- Support continuous improvement of project controls processes and reporting
- Promote established project safety practices and performance expectations

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 5–10 years of progressive project controls experience
- Strong experience with cost control, scheduling, forecasting, and earned value management
- Experience supporting complex engineering, construction, infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret project data and identify trends
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
