Job Description A reputable property management organization in Providence is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee its residential portfolio and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include leasing, resident relations, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and property inspections, with a focus on maintaining well-managed properties and delivering responsive resident service. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, hands-on professional with strong leadership and property management skills.
Compensation & Highlights:
- $55,000-$70,000 OTE per year, based on experience
- Permanent
Responsibilities of the Property Manager:
- Respond promptly to leads, lead showings, and process applications, leases, and move-ins.
- Keep listings, pricing, and availability accurate and professional, and monitor online reviews.
- Build positive resident relationships and enforce community rules consistently.
- Manage maintenance requests from start to finish, including vendor bids, documentation, and follow-up.
- Oversee turnovers and move-outs, including inspections and security deposit accounting, and walk the properties daily to keep them clean, safe, and attractive.
- Maintain accurate records in AppFolio, look for ways to increase revenue and reduce expenses, and oversee unit renovations on non-stabilized properties.
Qualifications of the Property Manager:
- Property management or leasing experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented. AppFolio experience is a plus.
- Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend showings.
