🚀 We’re hiring: Sr. Systems Administrator | Everett, WA | $120K–$150K

Chameleon Technologies is partnering with a fast-growing aerospace and advanced manufacturing company in Everett to find a Sr. Systems Administrator. You’d own key enterprise systems, integrations and new implementations on a small, high-impact IT team that supports everything from business operations to engineering simulation to manufacturing.

What you’ll do:
\n
- \n
- Administer Windows and Linux servers across physical, virtual and cloud environments
- Manage Microsoft 365 and Azure (Entra, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
- Support enterprise applications like ERP, MES, PLM and CAD tools, including upgrades, licensing, integrations and backups
- Maintain security controls, patching, endpoint protection and compliance
- Support network security: firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, VPNs and cloud networking
- Automate routine work with PowerShell or other scripting tools
- Provide Tier 2/3 support and handle onboarding and offboarding
- Evaluate and roll out new technologies and process improvements

What you bring:
\n
- \n
- 7+ years of progressive IT experience across systems administration, enterprise apps and end-user support
- 3+ years administering Windows enterprise infrastructure (AD, Entra, Intune, M365)
- Virtualization and cloud experience
- PowerShell or similar scripting
- A generalist mindset: comfortable moving between strategic projects and hands-on troubleshooting

Bonus points for:

- CMMC / NIST SP 800-171 experience
- ITAR/EAR data protection, including M365 GCC High
- IT experience in manufacturing, aerospace or engineering
- SIEM and MDR/EDR tools
- Linux administration with Bash or Python
- IT project leadership
