MAX RATE FOR THIS ROLE IS UP TO $80HR
We are seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable machine learning platforms and production ML systems. This role will drive the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including model deployment, automation, monitoring, governance, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has experience operationalizing machine learning solutions in cloud environments and building robust MLOps frameworks that enable data science teams to deploy models efficiently and reliably.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage production-grade machine learning solutions.
- Build scalable ML platforms supporting model development, training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Develop and maintain automated CI/CD/CT pipelines for machine learning workflows.
- Implement model versioning, experiment tracking, governance, and reproducibility practices.
- Support batch and real-time inference workloads.
- Design and maintain feature stores and model registries.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate ML solutions with enterprise data platforms.
- Develop monitoring and observability frameworks covering model performance, data quality, drift detection, and system reliability.
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code and automated environment provisioning.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI/ML solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote MLOps best practices.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in MLOps, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience supporting production machine learning systems.
- Hands-on experience implementing end-to-end ML lifecycle management.
- Experience deploying ML workloads in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
- Experience supporting both batch and real-time machine learning applications.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Argo Workflows, Feast, or SageMaker Pipelines.
- Experience building real-time scoring or decisioning platforms.
- Experience implementing feature stores, model registries, and ML governance frameworks.
- Knowledge of distributed systems and software architecture patterns.
- Experience within regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, insurance, or telecommunications.
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) are a plus.
