Urban Infraconstruction is looking for an Assistant Superintendent to join our Water Resources Department.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Superintendent in managing daily construction operations on water and wastewater treatment plant projects.
- Coordinate and oversee field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and equipment to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
- Support the installation of mechanical piping systems, fabricated pipe, process piping, valves, pumps, and treatment plant equipment.
- Monitor project progress and assist with short-term and long-term planning activities.
- Ensure work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining project productivity and schedule commitments.
- Assist with material procurement, deliveries, inventory tracking, and equipment management.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Project Engineers, owners, and inspectors to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience on water or wastewater treatment plant construction projects.
- Strong experience with mechanical piping systems and fabricated pipe installation is required.
- Experience with process piping, valves, pumps, and treatment plant equipment installation.
- Ability to coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
