Job DescriptionPosition: Janitor / Custodial Location: Seattle (North)Schedule: NightsPay: $21.30/hr.

ResponsibilitiesRoutine and deep cleaning of common areas and offices, including lobby, restrooms, stairwells, hallways, model and vacant apartments, etc.Wash, dry, fold, and return community and resident laundry.Stock supplies in common areas, restrooms, laundry carts, etc.Washes interior windows and fixtures.Dining room set up, including updating menus, correct table set-up, and ensuring furnishings are clean.Sets up for special events.Communicate with other staff and provide backup support as needed.
QualificationsPrevious janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferredAbility to perform routine and deep cleaning of common areas, restrooms, and workspacesComfortable using cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment safelyStrong attention to detail and sanitation standardsPhysically able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasksReliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a teamGood verbal communication skills
