Key Responsibilities

Cloud Application Development & Administration

- Configure, maintain, test, and support enterprise SaaS applications and cloud-based business platforms.
- Translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions and system enhancements.
- Develop a deep understanding of business processes, application workflows, and system integrations to provide ongoing support and optimization.
- Manage platform configuration, administration, master data, and global system settings.
- Support application lifecycle activities including testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.
- Ensure reliability, performance, security, and scalability of assigned systems.

Required Qualifications

- Experience configuring, administering, and supporting SaaS solutions in complex business environments.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and cloud application architectures.
- Experience supporting enterprise system integrations and API-driven solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and collaborative project delivery frameworks.
