Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize supply chain operations. This role will manage cross-functional projects across procurement, inventory management, logistics, distribution, and process improvement while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage supply chain projects from planning through implementation and completion.
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, logistics, inventory, and vendor partners to drive project success.
- Analyze supply chain processes and identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate system implementations, process enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Facilitate meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve project challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience within supply chain, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, or operations.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics operations.
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, APICS, or related certifications are a plus.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
