Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize supply chain operations. This role will manage cross-functional projects across procurement, inventory management, logistics, distribution, and process improvement while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage supply chain projects from planning through implementation and completion.
  • Collaborate with procurement, operations, logistics, inventory, and vendor partners to drive project success.
  • Analyze supply chain processes and identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate system implementations, process enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
  • Facilitate meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve project challenges.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience within supply chain, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, or operations.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics operations.
  • Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, APICS, or related certifications are a plus.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
