Are you an experienced in-home sales closer looking for a company that provides appointments, supports its sales team, and rewards strong performance?

We specialize in bathroom remodeling, walk-in showers, tub-to-shower conversions, replacement windows, and decks.

We're expanding our sales team and looking for motivated, competitive, experienced sales professionals who know how to connect with homeowners, deliver compelling presentations, and CLOSE.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct pre-scheduled in-home consultations with homeowners.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate remodeling solutions.
• Deliver professional product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Present pricing, financing options, and available promotions.
• Confidently ask for the sale and close contracts.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous in-home sales experience strongly preferred.
• Home improvement sales experience in bathrooms, windows, roofing, siding, or related industries highly desirable.
• Proven closing ability and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a one-call-close sales environment.
• Competitive, self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding communities.
• Availability for afternoon, evening, and occasional Saturday appointments.
• Have a functional IPad

COMPENSATION

$125,000–$250,000+ Annual Earning Potential

Commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential. Actual earnings depend on individual sales performance and are not guaranteed.
