Location: New York City, NY — Local Candidates Only
Visa: USC Only
Work Arrangement: Hybrid / Onsite as required
Experience: 7 years preferred
Required Skills:
- Strong experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban and SDLC
- Experience facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
- Strong Jira & Confluence experience
- Backlog refinement and dependency management
- Remove impediments and manage delivery risks
- Strong stakeholder and executive communication
- Experience working with cross-functional technology teams
- Banking / Financial Services / Capital Markets experience preferred
- CSM / PSM / SAFe certification is a plus
