Scarlet & Gray Facility Services is interviewing for full-time Maintenance/Custodian positions in Mariemont.
First shift: Generally, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
Starting rate is $20 - $24/hr.
Candidate experience will be considered.
All fulltime employees are eligible for health insurance, 401(k) plan and state pension plan.
We are looking for professional, enthusiastic, detail oriented, team players who can work both independently or within a team / group. Individual will function as on-site representative for Scarlet and Gray providing daily assistance for customers’ needs. This position provides high quality general cleaning in a school facility, following a task list, organized schedule and additional non-routine cleaning requirements.
Qualified candidates must be capable and possess light maintenance skills including:
Faucet adjustments Indoor pool maintenance
Flush Valve repair Snow removal
Tile/carpet square replacement Maintain school grounds
Ceiling tile replacement Cafeteria clean-up
Drywall repair Check fire extinguishers
Painting Receive deliveries
Furniture Assembly Maintain storage room
Some electrical experience
Other Requirements:

- The ability to work with a team to achieve the highest quality service levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic with the ability to work independently as needed.
- Adaptable and flexible to changes in the work requirements / schedules.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn and master work tools in a safe and consistent manner.
- Reliable transportation.
Education:
Some high school education needed.
Experience:
3+ years’ experience in a similar capacity is helpful but not necessary. Company training is provided for this position.
