In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of audio-visual and alarm systems, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain audio-visual systems and alarm systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients on-site and remotely.
- Conduct regular system checks and preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.
- Document installations, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies related to AV and security systems.
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices during all installations and repairs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in audio-visual and alarm system installation and maintenance.
- Technical certifications in AV or security systems preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
- Basic knowledge of networking and wiring principles is a plus.
