We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our fast-paced dental practice. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment by ensuring all dental instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, organized, and ready for patient care.

Responsibilities
- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments following OSHA and CDC guidelines.
- Prepare and package instruments for sterilization.
- Operate and monitor sterilization equipment (autoclaves).
- Maintain sterilization logs and quality assurance records.
- Stock operatories with instruments and supplies.
- Organize and maintain the sterilization area.
- Assist with inventory and supply management.
- Dispose of biohazard waste according to regulations.
- Maintain a clean and orderly clinical environment.
- Support the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow.
Requirements:
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous healthcare, dental, medical, or sterilization experience preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Dental assisting or central sterile processing experience.
- Knowledge of infection control procedures.
- Familiarity with OSHA and CDC guidelines.
