Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing mechanical and electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on a variety of plant equipment, including CNC mills and lathes, plastic injection mold machinery, custom pumps, and electrical test stands. You will also handle basic facilities maintenance tasks related to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Can pay up to $45 an hour
Responsibilities
- Conduct mechanical and electrical repairs on CNC mills, lathes, plastic injection mold machinery, custom pumps, and electrical test stands.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics accurately.
- Perform basic facilities maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks.
- Work with low and high voltage systems, ensuring safety protocols like Arc Flash training are followed.
- Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, specifically Fanuc and Mitsubishi models.
Essential Skills
- 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience with CNC machine maintenance and PLC troubleshooting.
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Intermediate knowledge of high voltage systems (120V).
- Arc Flash training.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in maintaining CNC Machinery.

Work Environment
Work on the 2nd shift from 3:30pm to 11:30pm, with occasional overtime available, roughly one weekend every two months. The large facility houses around 200 employees across the 1st and 2nd shifts, with 3 technicians working on the 2nd shift. Enjoy a collaborative and engaging work environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
