Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual looking to make a real difference in their community. As an Onsite Representative, you’ll be stationed directly at an industrial facility in the Lincoln, AL area, working closely with our teammates and clients to foster relationships and ensure operational success!

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily workforce operations, including employee check-ins, attendance tracking, and scheduling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and teammates, addressing their staffing needs promptly.
- Ensure all reporting is accurate and timely, meeting client and branch requirements.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to ensure KPIs and attendance requirements are met.
Skills and Experience:
The Ideal Candidate Might Have:
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management.
- A strong understanding of the light industrial sector, including manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft Office and Google Suite (e.g., Gmail, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients at all levels.
- Organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Ability to work flexible shifts
