What We’re Looking For
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED</li>
<li>Customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality experience (leasing experience is a plus)</li>
<li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li>
<li>Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with Microsoft Office &amp; social media</li>
<li>Bilingual a plus</li>
<li>Saturday availability</li>
<li>Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs</li>

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Tour apartments and close leases</li>
<li>Collect deposits and prepare lease agreements</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and reports</li>
<li>Support marketing and resident engagement</li>
<li>Ensure apartments are ready for tours</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service while following Fair Housing guidelines</li>
