Internal Full-Time Bilingual (Spanish) Internal On-Site Coordinator
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, adaptable, and customer-focused On-Site Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish) to support recruitment, onboarding, and administrative operations at a fast-paced plastic and paper food container manufacturing facility.
This is a full-time, onsite position offering the opportunity to play a key role in supporting workforce operations, employee engagement, and client service. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in providing a professional and welcoming experience for new hires and client partners.
Standard working hours are typically first shift (5:00 AM – 2:00 PM); however, flexibility is required as schedules may vary based on client needs, including occasional weekends or holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processes for temporary employees.
- Conduct new hire orientations, facility walkthroughs, and completion of onboarding documentation.
- Assist with safety walk-throughs, compliance audits, and reporting to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Welcome and escort new hires to their assigned work areas on their first day onsite.
- Support onsite workforce events, hiring initiatives, and employee engagement activities as needed.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including resume review, candidate screening, interviewing coordination, and scheduling.
- Serve as a professional liaison between United and client representatives, ensuring strong communication and service excellence.
- Perform administrative duties including data entry, candidate record management, and documentation updates.
- Answer and route phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide general support to candidates and employees.
- Assist in drafting, organizing, and maintaining job descriptions, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, client requirements, and pre-employment screening processes.
- Support special projects and reporting needs as assigned.

- This position is located in a plastic injection molding manufacturing environment. Candidates must be comfortable working around:

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, friendly, and service-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible or non-standard hours as needed.
