Job DescriptionAbout the Role:THE BUDDIE SYSTEM LLC is looking for a dedicated and reliable Full-Time Janitorial team member to join our 1st shift crew in Columbus, OH! This is a great opportunity to be part of a hardworking team that takes pride in keeping spaces clean, safe, and welcoming every single day.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms, common areas, and workspaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and buff floors throughout the facility
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures
• Restock janitorial and restroom supplies as necessary
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
• Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals

Requirements:

• Prior janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work a consistent 1st shift schedule
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness standards
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the shift
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is a plus
