What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of building facilities, equipment, and infrastructure that keep production moving efficiently.
Building Facilities Maintenance
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Repair lighting, fans, motors, water pipes, and general building systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders
Building Equipment & Machinery
- Perform scheduled Preventative Maintenance to minimize downtime
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Repair and replace defective parts in machinery and equipment
- Ensure machinery is operated safely and efficiently
General Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
Top Qualifications (Technician Level I)
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience with hydraulics troubleshooting
- Experience with electrical troubleshooting
- Experience in building facilities maintenance
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Familiarity with safety regulations and practices
- Strong track record of attendance and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications (Technician Levels II & III Considered)
Candidates with more of the following may qualify for higher levels and higher pay within the range:
- Strong electrical aptitude
- Experience with engines, equipment, or machinery
- Broader mechanical troubleshooting experience
- Exposure to industrial or manufacturing environments

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $29.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
