Responsibilities

- Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall project execution plans.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project costs and assist with forecasting and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Proactively identify project risks and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Experience as a Senior Project Manager within commercial construction.
- Federal construction experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and project management principles.
- Experience managing project documentation, subcontractors, and client communications.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms is preferred.
