An excellent Property Management company located in North Dallas, Texas is looking for an excellent Property Manager. This Property Manager position requires someone that has worked in the past with industrial properties experience. Dealing with tenants, reports, collecting rent, negotiating leases, and working with tenant build-outs (and the contractors regarding build-outs--bid process, etc.) Must have Yardi and MRI experience. This position is full-time and onsite.

Qualifications for Hire:

Minimum 2-3 years experience in Property Management with Industrial Properties

Must have Yardi and MRI experience

Bachelor Degree preferred

Proficient use of computer and Microsoft Office Skills

Salary:

Excellent pay – $70,000 per
year, plus benefits
