LANGERS MAINTENANCE FACILITY TECHNICIAN
Langers is seeking a dependable and hands-on Facility Maintenance Technician to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment throughout our family entertainment center.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, building, and finding practical solutions to everyday challenges. We are looking for candidates with experience in general maintenance or a related hands-on field, with preference given to those who have experience or interest in mechanical systems, equipment repair, fabrication, and problem solving.
Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing and repairing facility and equipment issues, completing general building maintenance tasks, and supporting improvements that enhance the guest experience. This role requires someone who can work independently, prioritize tasks, and approach problems with creativity and attention to detail.
PAY AND BENEFITS:
- Pay is 20.00/hour

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 18 or older.
We will provide the necessary training to make sure you have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to be successful in the job. All team members complete a variety of comprehensive training programs provided by our trainers and leadership team.
The following qualifications help ensure your success:
- Previous experience in maintenance, repair, construction, fabrication, or another hands-on role preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Basic computer hardware and technology knowledge
- Strong logic, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, climb, kneel, crouch, and crawl as needed
We understand that experience does not always come from a traditional job title. Skills gained through hobbies, personal projects, building, repairing, or working with tools are valuable and may translate well to this role.
ABOUT THE JOB:
- Complete facility, equipment, and improvement projects
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of equipment and facility issues
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on systems and equipment
- Develop long-term solutions to recurring maintenance problems
- Prioritize work requests to maintain an efficient workflow
- Source materials and submit purchase order requests
- Safely operate hand and power tools to complete repairs and improvements
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards throughout the facility
- Respond to maintenance needs quickly and effectively
- Track projects, repairs, and tasks using maintenance communication tools
- Interact professionally with guests and team members when addressing maintenance-related concerns
- Identify and report safety concerns, equipment issues, and supply needs to leadership
- Follow company safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and training requirements
- Support daily operations through additional maintenance tasks as needed
