Job Description

We're looking for a Systems Administrator to join our family-owned aerospace manufacturing company and become the go-to expert for our organization's technology infrastructure.

What You'll Do


As our Systems Administrator, you'll be responsible for supporting and maintaining the company's technology systems, including:


Provide first-level support for computer hardware and software issues


Administer Windows, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other business applications


Support and maintain our MRP system (Global Shop Solutions) and various CAD software platforms


Manage and troubleshoot:


Phone systems


Copier systems


Security cameras


Alarm systems


Badge access systems


Coordinate with third-party IT vendors and networking providers


Maintain documentation and assist with compliance initiatives including:


FAA


CMMC


CUI


ITAR


Monitor system performance and ensure business-critical systems remain operational


Assist with software installations, updates, and user support


Participate in after-hours or weekend support when necessary



What We're Looking For


Required Qualifications


High School Diploma or equivalent


MIS degree or 5+ years of Systems Administration or IT support experience


Strong knowledge of:


Windows Operating Systems


Microsoft Office Suite


Adobe Applications


Experience supporting computer hardware and software


Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills


Strong organizational and project management abilities


Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Ability to analyze problems, organize information, and develop effective solutions


Ability to read and interpret technical documentation


Comfortable working with multiple software platforms and technologies
