Job Description Maintenance Technician
Location: Arlington, TX
Pay Rate: Up to $32-38/hour
Sign On Bonus: $1,500
LHH's Supply Chain & Manufacturing Search team is partnering with a metals manufacturing operation in Arlington to hire an experienced Maintenance Technician . This role supports critical production equipment and facility systems in a heavy industrial environment where uptime, safety, and reliability are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions
- Support production uptime through responsive, hands on maintenance
- Work closely with operations, engineering, and quality teams
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and follow all safety procedures
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Technical degree OR minimum of 10 years of hands on industrial maintenance experience
- Hands on heat treat maintenance experience is required (industrial heat treat, furnaces, quench systems, atmosphere control, or related equipment)
- Proven experience maintaining equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals
- Experience working in safety regulated, production driven facilities

- Hourly pay up to $38/hour , based on experience
